What does BR-DE-10 mean?
The element "Deliver to city" (BT-77) must be sent whenever the group "DELIVER TO ADDRESS" (BG-15) is sent. This is a national add-on rule from KoSIT (XRechnung). It goes beyond EN 16931 and is mandatory for German e-invoices.
